Welcome to Serbian traditional cuisine "journey"  with a personal chef cooking for you. Our professional chefs will make your gastronomic experience unforgettable in the home-warmth atmosphere. Each course is followed by story by chef's story.

MENUS

STANDARD MENU - A menu that provides clients with an introduction to
basic flavors of Serbian traditional cuisine. A 3-course menu created in a way that will best evoke Serbian cuisine.

• The first course
A mixture of traditional cured meat and dairy products
• Second course
Rolled chicken fillet with baked potatoes
Serbian traditional salad

• Third course
Traditional pie with prunes, walnuts and vanilla ice cream

RATE: 70 EUR per person (min 2, max 7 persons), transfer is not included

 

SUPERIOR MENU - The menu consists of several gangs, compared to
the previous one. In addition to the basic flavors, in this menu are
represented dishes authentic to a certain part of Serbia.

 

• The first course
A mixture of traditional dried meat and dairy products, corn bread, "ajvar"
• Second course
Stuffed crispy peppers on "kačamak" flavored with rosemary
• Third course
Lamb steaks in spinach sauce and homemade cream with bećarka

PREMIUM MENU - This menu consists of 6+1 gangs and represents a real tourist train through Serbia, from clear streams of Western Serbia, to fertile the land of Vojvodina province, then back to the red houses peppers in the south.

• First course - Mezetluk - a cold appetizer. Cut with a knife, mezetluk represents introduction to travel in Serbia.

• Second course - Gibanica is a type of pie that is made before
going to work. Recipe for gibanica
is passed down from generation to generation.

Warm buckwheat and cheese gibanica

• Third course

Smoked trout fillet with stew with spinach and Lemon sorbet, which will wash away the flavors fish and prepare the senses for eating meat

• Fourth course

Pork fillet in porcini crust or Lamb medallions in tissue
The same sauce goes with both dishes.

• Fifth course - Centuries under Ottoman rule, through culture, they also brought the flavors of the Orient. That's how baklava made its home in our house space.
