Uvac Lake Meanders – a breathtaking nature of the reserve Uvac is one of the most beautiful places in Serbia and a top destination for true nature lovers. Uvac river forms the three lakes (Uvac, Zlatar and Radoinja) and we will visit one with the most beautiful meanders, take a kayak adventure (up to 5 hours with hiking) and enjoy the view in the Uvac canyon - one of the most beautiful viewpoints in Serbia. This place is also home to protected bird species - the griffon vulture and we are bound to see lots of these nature cleaners.

ITINERARY:

DAY 1: Departure from Belgrade in the morning 8 AM, a ride to Zlatibor mountain with refreshment break in Ovcar-Kablar george. Gold gondola ride 9 km from Zlatibor center to Tornik peak 1496 m (the longest gondola in the world).  Enjoy the view and lunch break. Visit to local market. Arrival on Zlatar mountain, check in, time for rest, walk around, dinner and overnight stay. 

DAY 2: After the breakfast check out and departure to start point of Uvac lake kayaking adventure (camp nearby Sjenica). Kayak tour from camp to Uvac canyon (around 1,5h), hiking to the viewpoint and enjoing the nature (up to 1h). Kayaking back to the camp and lunch break nearby. Transfer back to Belgrade where we arrive in the late evening (at around 10 PM).

Equipment needed: a change of dry clothes, a  hat, a sun cream, spare  footwear, swimming and hiking gear...
