Belgrade Riverside Bike Tour
Hi there, bikers! Take a ride pass the rivers Danube and Sava and marvel at impressive buildings of the socialist era of Yugoslavia. On overcast days we visit the old Austrian settlement of Zemun where we dive deep into Serbia’s and Austria-Hungary’s complex history. On sunny days we head to the green and beautiful island of Ada with its most popular city beach.
We will also pass some raw reminders of Belgrade’s turbulent past, such as bombed buildings and half-sunken ships. If you are in to discover the real Belgrade, this is the tour for you.
One of our young and professional English-speaking guides will welcome you at our shop. The tour will take about 4 hours, including a relaxing 20 minute break with a drink included at the riverside or the beach. Bring your swimsuit on hot days!
During the tour your guide will tell you all about Belgrade, except for the dreary part. Next to interesting facts about the (recent) history of Belgrade and some urban myths, you will learn more about Belgrade today: the restaurants, the bars and the places to visit or to avoid…
